Mobile Watch is a citizen-based aggressive crime prevention program where the participants are mobile. We patrol in our neighborhoods armed with cell phones, binoculars, flashlights, scanners and magnetic placards watching for suspicious activity. We work closely with the C.O.P unit of the Provo Police Department.
